Pepeo Vourdries ceiling fans have a fan size of 142 cm. One fan alone covers an area of about 30 m2 (several fans are combined for larger areas). The motor and blades are available in silver, black and white. These classic neutral colours match any home or office space.

The minimalist industrial look of the Vourdries ceiling fans enhances a contemporary interior that features parts made from concrete or similar. That does not mean the Vourdries is not suitable for traditional homes, though.
A white fan is always the most unobtrusive option for ceilings, since they are usually finished with a light colour as well. Light-coloured fans are a good choice for low ceilings, or rooms with little (natural) lighting. A large black or brown fan would appear too heavy in this situation and further make the room seem too dark. A white ceiling fan is also a nice contrast to colourful ceilings. The silver finish is a good compromise between a light and a dark colour. It is ideal for creating a visual focus without appearing too dominating. A thin layer of dust is less obvious. The black Vourdries ceiling fan perfectly fits rooms with tall ceilings. As pictured in the photo it makes for an interesting design in combination with other black objects and a lot of contrasting light colours.
This ceiling fan is very much universal and can be used in homes, warehouses or offices. Damp areas or environments with a particularly high occurrence of aerosols (e.g. production factories) call for a special fan with appropriate IP ratings. The Vourdries is suitable only for application in dry indoor spaces.
Vourdries ceiling fans operate smoothly and quietly thanks to special ball bearings around the motor. This makes Vourdries fans perfect for offices, bedrooms and other indoor spaces that require silence, e.g. libraries. The units can be mounted to inclining ceilings with a maximum pitch of 38 degrees. They can also be applied to rooms with low ceilings, the drop rod can be shortened by about 10 cm. Furthermore, we offer a variety of accessories for high ceilings, sloping ceilings, remote kits and speed controllers.
Another benefit speaking in favour of these ceiling fans is their winter mode. Due to its low density, hot air always rises upwards, meaning it accumulates right underneath the ceiling. A fan helps to move this air and recirculate it around the room. This prevents cold spots on the floor, so there is no need to turn up the heating system as much. The spinning direction (clockwise, counter-clockwise) is changed with the help of a little slide switch on the fan housing.
The high airflow is ensured by the moulded synthetic blades. That means the blades are designed in a special way that allows them to transport more air per revolution than a conventional blade. The Vourdries fan consumes a maximum of 57 Watts on high speed and therefore amounts less operational costs than an air conditioning system.
